I don’t always want meat but I do want to feel full. These tacos hit the spot. Pulse up some walnuts with coconut aminos, garlic, cumin, paprika, and turmeric. You can eat it as is or fry it up in a pan if you want your walnut meat hot.
Walnut Tacos
1c walnuts
1 1/2T coconut aminos
1/4t garlic powder
1/4t cumin
1/4t paprika
1/4t turmeric
In a blender add 1c walnuts, 1 1/2T coconut aminos, 1/4t garlic powder, 1/4t cumin, 1/4t paprika, and 1/4t turmeric. Pulse until large chunks form.
As pictured: in a corn taco shell with tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Additional toppings: salsa, guacamole, green onions, cilantro, grilled corn, whatever you put on your taco to enjoy it.
